Educational Qualification: Engineering graduate, Experience: 10-15 years in a similar role within the oil & gas industry, Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC and at least 3 years in Qatar
Preferred Background: Prior experience with Qatar Energy, NOC, QLNG, Shell GTL, Dolphin Energy, Oryx GTL, Q-Chem, QAPCO, or QAFCO is highly desirable.
Special Skills: Provin experience in the proposals or business development of oil and gas contractors in the Middle East region. Strong proficiency in preparing technical tenders, proposals, marketing write-ups, and associated materials, Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Familiarity with the oil & gas sector, including understanding of industry standards, regulations and client requirements, Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex engineering concepts and translate them into clear and compelling proposals.
